You can check-in after 15:00. Have you arrived in Utrecht before that time, and is your room not ready yet? Of course, it is possible to leave your luggage with us so you can start enjoying the beautiful city of Utrecht already.
You can check out until 11:00. Do you want to stay in bed longer, or use the room a little longer? Please inquire about the possibilities for a late check out.
Of course! We will gladly place a cot in our Honey Moon suite, free of charge! Because there is a limited number of cots available, we do so based on availability. Please let us know you need a cot beforehand, and we will make sure everything is settled for your little one.
We recommend you to travel by public transport as this is better for the environment, and Utrecht’s city center is not very car friendly. If you still decide to come by car, you can use our adjoining parking deck on request for an additional fee.

Parking costs: € 35,00 (per day) from the moment of your check-in at 15:00, until your check-out at 11:00.
Do you want to leave your car in our parking lot for longer, or do you arrive before the check-in time? In that case, we charge €6,00 per hour, based on availability.
Since the number of parking spaces is limited, it is essential to reserve a spot in advance. To process your reservation, we require your license plate number. You can submit your parking request via email. If a spot is available, we will finalize the reservation for you. You will then receive a confirmation with additional information through our parking system, Toogethr.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at The Nox.
The Nox uses the daily best available price. Because of this, it could be the case that the same room has a different rate each night. It can also sometimes be the case that you find a better price elsewhere online. Is this the case? Please contact us. Of course, we will match this price for you!
No, this is not possible. The Nox is a cashless hotel. You can only pay by card or by credit card. We do not accept cash. In case of a non-refundable booking, the credit card will be charged immediately.

We love arranging something special for you. And, without false modesty, we can confidently say that we are pretty good at that. Our specials are perfect for special occasions. Did you have something else in mind? Please do not hesitate to contact us.
That depends on your reservation. If you have made a reservation via our own website and booked a Flexible Rate you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date with no incurred costs. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 AM (CET).
Example: You made a reservation for a stay on 28/07/2025. You can cancel until 26/07/2025 23:59 CET.
Unfortunately, the above-mentioned does not apply to non-refundable rates. This booking cannot be changed or cancelled. When making the booking, you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged directly to your credit card and no refund or changes can be made. The full price of the stay can also be paid by debit card.
Have you booked already, and do you want to cancel your stay with us? Then we kindly ask you to contact us so we can discuss the possibilities. In case you did not book via our website the cancellation policy of the relevant party applies, and you will have to contact them.
Please keep in mind that we apply cancellation conditions due to the purchase of products. If you wish to cancel your special you should notify us at least 1 day prior to your arrival. Please keep in mind that the day of arrival starts at 0.00. Any specials that are not canceled at least 1 day prior to your arrival will be charged in full.
It is so nice that you want to stay at The Nox together! You can stay at The Nox even if one of you is a minor. However, minors need to have permission from a parent/guardian. Is one of you younger than 18 years old? Please contact us, and we will be happy to explain to you how this works. Please keep in mind that this should be arranged with us prior to your stay. We cannot welcome any minors in our hotel without permission from a parent/guardian.

Our spacious Honey Moon suite is located on the third floor and is equipped with a beautiful roof terrace including deck chairs, a seat, and a beautiful view over the Dom Tower. The room has a unique design with a difference in height and a stand-alone bathtub in the room. The perfect setting for this new chapter in your life!
